WHITE WHOLES
These are whole cashew kernels, neither broken nor split. Whole grades are identified by the size of the kernel. For example, one pound of the Grade WW240 would contain, on average, 240 whole cashew kernels. Thus, one pound of Grade WW240 would contain larger kernels than one pound of Grade WW320. Our whole grades include WW210, WW240, WW320.
SCORCHED WHOLES
These are whole cashew kernels that have been slightly burnt or scorched during roasting. Scorched wholes are considered to be of secondary quality. Our scorched wholes include “Scorched Wholes” (SW), “Scorched Whole 210” (SW210), SW240 and SW320.
